Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Estimated delivery times vary by country and will be shown during checkout. Delivery timeframes are indicative and may differ depending on carrier operations and customs procedures.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to: P.O. boxes, Parcel lockers, Locations where the delivery of nicotine products is restricted or prohibited by local regulations

Lost or Stolen Packages
SnusPouch is not responsible for packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
If your package is lost or missing, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and tracking details. We will assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier where applicable.
For packages marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and, if necessary, filing a claim.
