At SnusPouch, we aim to offer a clear and straightforward returns process. This policy explains when returns are accepted and how refunds are handled.
Returns Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Remain in their original packaging with all labels intact
- Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used nicotine products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards or promotional items
Requesting a Return

Do not send items back without prior approval. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions and the correct return address.
Returns sent without authorisation may be rejected.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us as soon as possible.
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Opened cans or packaging
- Used products
- Items identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you wish to receive a different item, please complete an approved return and place a new order separately. This ensures faster processing and availability.
Refund Processing
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
- If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact our support team.
